Guest House Tour. We like to welcome our guests to make them feel at home, in a style that you are accustomed to. Although the property dates back to 1877, it was thoroughly renovated during 1993/1994. We plan to further upgrade, refurbish and restore the properties original Victorian features whilst adding our own contemporary style.

Our Bedrooms. We have 5 bedrooms which are 2 doubles, 1 twin and 2 family (Sleeping 4) and all are pleasantly decorated. All rooms are en-suite with modern shower rooms (Powerful showers!), plenty of hot water and fresh towels supplied daily. We can accommodate whether you're looking for a single, double or twin or family sharing. There is central heating throughout and each room has individual temperature controls. Large comfortable (but firm!) beds with fresh white bed linen. Televisions and tea/coffee making hospitality tray.

And if there is anything else you need, from an iron, hairdryer, ice (for a quick aperitif before a night on the town!) to a hangover cure, then please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to make everything as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Breakfast. Breakfast is served in the relaxed and informal surroundings of our spacious dining room situated on the ground floor. The strains of soothing music will help to gently ease your way into the day. Feel free to help yourself to our selection of buffet items including cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts, fruits and also oatcakes etc. If you'd like something a little more substantial, we are happy to offer a selection of cooked dishes from the following choices:

Full Scottish breakfast (Bacon, sausages, eggs - scrambled or poached eggs, how you like them!, mushrooms and tomatoes).
Porridge (for the authentic Scottish experience!)

Of course if there's anything we don't have on the menu, we'll do our best to accommodate your special dietary requirements. If you're vegetarian we're sure you'll find plenty of selection to satisfy.
